 Friday, November 03, 2006 5:00 pm Hey guys..i'l get to my wish afta i explain wat happened 2dai =p hmms and this is the time i release my devastating news to the public...for those of you who do not know..you will now know what i have been through -_- well you see over the last uni break i fell sick and went to the doctor because i had a high fever and i was vomitting...so that doctor sent me to get an ultrasound because he said i had a bulge in my stomach...my sister told me your probably just fat and the worse you can have is a cyst....so i went for an ultrasound...then they also made me take an additional x-ray and thats wen i already knew something was wrong..i went to the sitting room..and was nervously sitting there all by myself w8ing for my results to be printed..they then came..and to my disliking...i had the worse u could have..a cyst..it was an ovarion cyst measuring 18 x 14 x 7.4cm...thats right CM its not a typo but i shall say again CM!!!!...it was huge..and when u slightly press my stomach u can feel it..also my left ovary could not be identified cos my cyst was growing inside and over it...after that i reached home crying and my sister was like oh no and she said that i will most likely have to go for key hole surgery..and the worse that can happen now is that they cut away my ovary...its weird how i got it..i could never feel a thing..luckily i went to the doctor and he found it..but so with that..i went back to my doctor and showed him...he decided to send me to a specialist..as he said i wil most likely have to go for an operation..it took me a long time to book my specialist as they wanted me to hand them lots of information from my doctor and from my x-ray people and i had to make sure i book the appointment between when my mum comes back and exams.. well...today i went to the specialist...the moment of time that i would find out what happens...the doctor was quite friendly..and he showed me pictures of what other peoples cyst and ovaries look like...like how it looks before operation and how it looks after operation..its scary the doctor said my cyst is quite big but then he said some has grown even bigger them mine...and if i had left it then it would be huge..the doctor then sent me to another room so he could examine me with the nurse..i was quite scared as he did quite umm not the ordinary things..but after that..we arranged my operation...so these are important dates to remember Blood Test: 17/18th November Party Hard: 18/20th November Diet: 19th/20th November Fasting: 20th November Midnight until operation Operation: 21st November Rest: for 1 month after surgery So basically...i will have onli ONE weekend afta exams to party hard...b4 i have to go for surgery...i shall be in St John of God hospital for one day on the 21st...then for one month after surgery i will have to stay in bed and rest...i'm not allowed to do any heavy activities..i cant walk for long distances..and i will feel tired REALLY easily..so i must stay in bed =( so i hope you guys will come visit me at home =p i'l be so bored..when u guys are all clubbing and partying and having fun...think of your dear fren LiN sitting in bed by herself..speaking to her brother going "bro get me some food pls =(, change the channel pls"...the thing is i'm also leave to the airport on the 6th December..2 weeks after surgery..the doctor said i wont be able to shop with out feeling reali tired fast..so its best i either stay at home or take long long rest very often..which would be inconvenient for my family..also i'm not allowed to do any heavy lifting which means i cant carry any hand luggage on the airport, so i'l make my brother carry it..and argh..but yes..that is what will happen =S....Anyways moving on....to my wish...this is an odd wish..but yeh.. ~LiN's WisH~ -I wish that i can get a boyfriend before my operation so that after i come out he can visit me every day and be by myside everyday to look after me and take care of me- haha this is a reli weird wish but if i cant this i want a realli good fren to come look afta me..but most preferbly a bf hahas =S i dunno its a sudden thing that i want =S but probably wont get....i shall end by saying! Everybody please PRAY for my operation!!!  *- - - - - - - -
